Salon Policies and Procedures
Here at Reign Beauty Bar, we aim to create a safe and relaxing environment for our valued clients. Please review our salon policies and procedures.
We do not ask for any type of fees for missed appointments, however cancellations are required 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Multiple last-minute cancellations, no shows, or constant moving of appointments will result in being accommodated on walk in basis only or will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to make any appointments in the future. We offer a courtesy reminder the day before your appointment. Prices & Policies are subject to change without notice.
Nails Redo Policy
Clients’ redo’s will only be honoured if Reign Beauty Bar is contacted by sending us a picture of your damaged, chipped or lifted nails via our salon mobile or via WhatsApp or via Instagram dm for us to inspect and further investigate.
Please find below redo time limit:
For Regular Polish – 2 days
For Classic Gel Polish – 3 days
For Russian Gel Manicure – 4 days.
In case you fail to contact us within the above-mentioned period we will be unable to offer the redo for free and you will be fully charged. We do not offer any warranty for any breakage which may have occurred from any accidents or misuse by self.
Tardiness / Running Late / Punctuality Policy
We kindly request that you arrive on time for appointments so that we can ensure that full treatment time is given to you and to prevent inconvenience to other clients and consultation form will be filled out on first appointment. Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of salon treatments. However, we understand that at times being late is unavoidable. If you may be running late (5-10 minutes). We request that you make a quick call on the salon numbers. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time to accommodate the next booked.
We do not offer valet service for your cars, nor do we allow our staff to assist with parking. You are requested to do so prior to entering the salon and suggest you arrive 15 minutes earlier for your services. We are centrally located on the main road in a prime location in Al Barsha 1, First Al Kahil Road, Dubai UAE and are privileged to have access to paid parking services outside our salon. Parking code 373C are the preferred parking zones. Please ensure that upon your arrival into the salon for your reserved services, you check in at Reception and allow the Reception Staff verify & reconfirm the services booked by you and further arrange your services while you may be requested to have a seat. We request you to allow us a few moments while you are seated to ensure that your service provider is available and ready to greet and assist you and your service area is ready. We request that you NOT to notify the desk if you seem dissatisfied with the choice of our music being played. We serve a number of different nationalities very happily and continue do our best to create a salon ambience and atmosphere suitable to all nationalities. We discourage you to choose your polish from our display cabinets. Your service provider will offer you our color display tips to choose from. The color tips will also be a better option for you to try on any tip on your finger nails. Please refrain from making loud noises or distractions while using our facilities. Please refrain from having cross conversations with other clients in the main salon area as this disturbs our clients having their services in treatment rooms. Please do not use digital media on your instruments on a loud volume. We suggest you use air pods as much as possible. We allocate schedules for staff meetings/trainings from time to time. During this time, we are not able to provide any services, nor do we take appointments for that slot. Desk staff will be informing you regarding the same on the phone when you are making your appointments. You are requested to come for your appointed service at your allocated time and not before that, as we will not be able to accommodate you. We do not accept any services via phone calls or walk ins after 9:30 pm.
To make your visit as relaxing as possible, we ask that all mobile phones be switched off during your appointment to avoid you being disturbed.
No Smoking Policy
The salon operates a strict no smoking policy.
The Perfect Gift The best gift you can give someone is a gift card to visit Reign Beauty Bar. Our gift cards can be used for everything and that special person will really appreciate the difference. Gift Cards are available for specific amount of your choice, or for treatment/s of your choice. Gift Cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase are non-refundable. Under no circumstances will a gift Card validity period be extended. However, treatments can be exchanged for an alternate treatment of choice. Gift Cards are available for purchase in-store hard copy and soft copy online.
A Consultation Form must be filled out prior to a treatment being given. Please inform us of any medical conditions (including pregnancy) when booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Special Conditions Policy
Please notify our Salon Supervisor before reserving your treatments if you have a high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card), debit, online payment and gift cards. We do NOT offer a pay later or credit facility.
Refund and Returns
Policy All service sales and Gift Card sales are final. We will not offer any refunds or credit notes because you have simply changed your mind. We do not issue refunds on salon services. We take pride in, stand by, guarantee our work at Reign Beauty Bar. If you are unsatisfied, we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution. Our Management Team is also happy to help provide other alternatives.
Reign Beauty Bar stands behind all of it recommend products. Opened products may not be returned, but may be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase at the discretion of our Owner. Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. A voucher of the same amount will be issue for return items value on a good condition with original invoice valid for one year.
Age Requirement Policy
Clients must be 16 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.
We love children, but due to safety hazards present in our environment such as sharp implements, hot wax, and chemicals, we are unable to accommodate unattended children under the age of 8 years in our salon. Nor do our facilities have the capacity to accommodate carriers and strollers. We request you to not leave your children unattended. Anyone under the age of 18 receiving a service for the first time must have a parent or guardian present at the initial appointment to give written consent. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist or therapist will remain confidential as will your health history forms. When you provide us your email / contact number we will send you appointment reminders and on occasions, special offers/salon events information. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
Bringing Valuables into the Salon
Please do not bring valuables with you: we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
On your first visit and subsequent visits in future you will be requested to fill a consultation form prior to the commencement of your service. This form is mainly needed to be filled for services like technical color services or chemical treatment and will assist your stylist in correctly evaluating your needs and choosing the correct treatment for you today. All information is strictly confidential and remains the property of Reign Beauty Bar. Please inform us of any medical conditions (including pregnancy) or any Medications that you may be taking when booking and while filling the consultation form as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. Failure to fill the form may result in us not being able to guarantee you your desired color/cut/service or treatment. First time clients are advised to disclose their hair history for the past 1-3 years including but not limited to: any non- professional colors that have been used (henna, box dye, etc.) chemical damage (excessive bleaching, perms, relaxers, etc.) These factors may affect or prevent our ability to perform certain services, or require additional services to compensate. We will do our best to accommodate for any existing damage and prevent excessive additional damage. However, we are not liable for damage or withholding relevant hair history as unexpected results.
Hair Redo Policy
We stand behind our hair services and will correct any challenges we have created with your color service within 3 days of the service. If you are not satisfied with your color or cutting service, you may call within 3 days to express your concerns. A complimentary redo will be arranged after investigation which may require an initial personal visit with a prior appointment. After investigation, the redo must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service. The redo policy does not cover a change in the original style or color. Full-Service price applies if you have waited longer than 3 days to call. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the client to remain informed and aware of our salon policies prior to receiving services at Reign Beauty Bar for Hair. Policies are subject to change. The most recent version of our policies will be posted at reignbeautybar.ae/terms.
It is against Salon policy to perform services on clients with head lice/nits. If a client has been diagnosed with any of the above, we apologize from serving any hair service till she do the treatment and resolve the issue. We do not offer haircuts for kids below the age of 8 years.
All prices are starting prices and may vary by stylists. Prices may also vary due to length, texture and condition of your hair. If you would like to know the exact price of your service, please feel free to consult with your stylist prior to the start of your service.
Nails Redo Policy
Clients’ redo’s will only be honored if Reign Beauty Bar is contacted within 2 days of the original service. While regular polish is 24 hours, warranty of not cover the breakage which is accrued from any accidents. You are requested to send a picture of your damaged, chipped or lifted nails via our salon mobile for us to inspect. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service. We will provide the service at no extra cost after we investigate. If you think the design, you would like may take extra time, please send a pic of your design via our company WhatsApp number. We can discuss it and book the appropriate amount of time.
Consultation form must fill up prior of starting the service. We do not advice bleaching / waxing / threading for face is not advisable to do the same day of the facial. However, if you decide to those services on the same day you are required to submit form which confirming that the company is not liable or responsible about any irritation or side effect might occur.
The team at Reign Beauty Bar prides themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. All our service providers are professional, educated, well experienced and will provide you with the best service possible. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please notify us within 48hours (Nails) 3 Days (Hair Color) if you are dissatisfied with our services. We do not accept redos for up style or blow-dries. You will be required to express your views regarding these services before you leave the salon possibly while you are being consulted. Redo appointments will usually be accommodated within 7 days. If the client schedules beyond this time, or chooses to reschedule, the appointment is no longer considered a redo and charges will apply.
